How to Join Our Free Prana Meditation Classes?
Just Three Easy Steps:
Gather Your Own Group – Invite like minded people : friends, family, or colleagues to join you. Please note that Group should be minimum of Ten members. If you are unable to do so then book your seat at the earliest and wait for the available time slot and group.
Book Your Session – Contact us to choose a time that fits your schedule.

Morning Session:
5AM to 5.30AM IST (Monday & Thursday),
6AM to 6.30AM IST (Saturday & Sunday),
7AM to 7.30AM IST (Saturday & Sunday),
Evening Session:
6PM to 6.30PM IST (Saturday & Sunday),
7PM to 7.30PM IST (Saturday & Sunday),
Session Duration: Each session is 30-45 minutes
