During meditation, we may encounter different layers of the mind:

  • Subconscious mind: beliefs/emotions/habits—where hidden patterns may surface.
  • Superconscious mind: intuition, peace, spiritual insight—accessed in deeper states.

Thoughts and emotions can arise as “inner noise.” Through awareness and Pranic techniques, you’ll learn to move through them with clarity and stillness.
